1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (digitscan.net) or using any DigitScan services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

DigitScan provides fingerprinting, background check, and identity verification services including: Live Scan fingerprinting, ink fingerprinting, FBI/FDLE/FINRA/Ohio BCI background checks, ATF fingerprinting, Arizona DPS application processing, I-9 verification, passport photos, apostille services, mobile fingerprinting, background screening, and training/consulting. Service availability may vary by location.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked online through our website or scheduling platform.
• You are expected to arrive on time with all required identification and documents.
• Late arrivals may result in rescheduling at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification is not provided.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is required at the time of service.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other posted payment methods.

5. Refund Policy

• Fingerprinting services: Refunds are generally not available once fingerprints have been captured and/or submitted.
• Background checks: Refunds are not available once a submission has been made to any agency.
• Passport photos: Refunds are not available once photos have been taken.
• Unused services: Contact us to discuss rescheduling or a potential refund.
• Service errors: If an error occurred on our part, we will correct it at no additional cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information
• Present valid, unexpired government-issued identification
• Arrive with all required documents and information
• Follow all instructions provided by our technicians
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Accuracy of Information

DigitScan takes every reasonable precaution to ensure accuracy. However, we are not responsible for:

• Rejection of fingerprints due to poor skin condition, scarring, or other factors beyond our control
• Results or processing times of background checks conducted by third-party agencies
• Errors in information provided by the customer

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the DigitScan website is the property of DigitScan and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• DigitScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• DigitScan is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party agencies, payment processors, or technology providers.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigitScan, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Mobile Services

Mobile fingerprinting services are subject to additional travel fees. Availability depends on technician scheduling. All standard terms apply to mobile appointments.

13. Partnership Program

DigitScan's Partnership program is subject to separate agreements. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance. Terms and pricing are determined case-by-case.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
